Overview
One Clear was commissioned by Birmingham’s Local Council to perform an urgent, full flat clearance in Birmingham. The property, occupied by a female resident experiencing mental health challenges, had suffered a severe mice infestation. To ensure the resident’s safety and allow for comprehensive pest control, the council required a total strip-out of the property in the shortest possible timeframe.
The Challenge

Biohazard & Hygiene Risk: The widespread mice infestation had compromised all soft furnishings, carpets, and appliances, making the environment unsafe.
