One Clear was recently commissioned by Skinox Aesthetics to perform a comprehensive internal strip-out and waste removal at their LE1 Leicester facility. As a government-approved clinic, Skinox required a disposal partner that mirrored their standards of precision and professionalism.
The Challenge
Clinical environments like Skinox are significantly more complex than standard office clearances. The project required:
Urban Logistics: Operating in the high-traffic LE1 postcode with restricted access for waste collection.
Clinical Stripping: The careful dismantling of specialised treatment room fixtures, cabinetry, and partition screens, which are built-in elements and furniture in medical treatment areas.
Surface Integrity: Maintaining the condition of the primary structure to ensure a seamless lease-end handover.
The One Clear Solution
Our team executed a phased removal process to ensure total site clearance:
Specialised Removal: We cleared a wide range of clinical infrastructure, including treatment tables, reception desks, and modular wall units.
Technical Waste Segregation: All materials, from electrical components to general commercial debris, were segregated onsite to maximise recycling rates.
LE1 Fleet Deployment: Using our dedicated Luton van fleet, we managed the removal quickly to minimise disruptions in the busy city center.
The Result
The Skinox facility was returned to a “shell” state, completely swept and clear of all debris. By providing full waste transfer documentation, we ensured the client remained 100% compliant with UK waste regulations throughout the process.
